Kabir Thakore

An Ahmedabad-based architect and theatre veteran who serves as convener of Rangmandal, a 75-year-old theatre institution. He built Scrapyard Theatre in the courtyard of his residence — a space for artists to learn and perform without financial barriers. Active in theatre mentorship since 1999, he designed the sets for Ideas Unlimited's Bhamasha, evoking Mughal-era palaces and Rajput fortresses on stage.
