Uday Mazumdar

A tabla player, music producer, and composer trained under Ravi Shankar in the guru-shishya parampara. He has accompanied Ravi Shankar and Zakir Hussain, performed for the British and Swedish royal families, and released over twelve albums. He composed the soulful music for Ideas Unlimited's Mareez, creating the sonic landscape for the poet's journey. He was also the mentor of Suresh Joshi, Ideas Unlimited's regular music director.
