An actor with a diploma from the Barry John Acting Studio, Pratik Kothari began on stage with Salim Arif's Lakeerein, written by Gulzar, and has since worked across Hindi, English and Gujarati theatre. His stage credits include Salim Arif's Atthanniyan, Sunte Ho and Lekin Phir Bhi, and Manoj Shah's Mummy Tu Aavi Kevi?, Bhamashah and Mahajan-Darshan. He has ranged from the children's play Sutarfeni to the improvised Truth and Dare, and has worked with directors including Shyam Benegal, Deepti Naval, Rajen Kothari and Amitabha Singh.
