Satchit Puranik

A reclusive writer, theatre maker, and filmmaker, Satchit Puranik graduated from FTII Pune in TV Direction. He has staged over 1,000 shows across a dozen countries in nine languages. For Ideas Unlimited, he wrote Adbhut and Tabiyat, and has performed Karl Marx In Kalbadevi for over a decade. In film, he edited Anand Gandhi's Ship of Theseus and handled casting for Chaitanya Tamhane's Court — two of the most acclaimed Indian independent films of the 2010s.
