A Gujarati playwright, short story writer and scholar, born in Surendranagar in 1994 and educated at St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad. He wrote Maitribhaav for Ideas Unlimited — the solo play on the Jain monk Chitrabhanu that premiered at the JAINA Convention in Florida in 2023.

His short story collection Padchhayao Vacche (“Between the Shadows”) won both the 2020 Yuva Puraskar and the Gujarat Sahitya Akademi's Best Book Prize. His Hindi play Bhes received the Sanhita Manch playwriting award, and his English writing has been longlisted twice for the TOTO Funds the Arts Award.

His plays have been staged across India, the United States and Canada. As a director he has staged Madhu Rye's Tell Me The Name Of A Flower. He has taught creative writing at King's University College and the University of Toronto, and works in Comparative Literature at the University of Western Ontario.
